Online ESL Teacher for Business Professionals

About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic and knowledgeable English teachers to deliver live, online lessons to business professionals worldwide. You will help executives, managers, scientists, doctors, lawyers and other specialists improve their communication skills in English.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct group live video training sessions for corporate learners.
• Provide real‑time corrections and explanations on written assignments.
• Offer live chat support for language‑related questions.
• Maintain a consistent schedule (Monday‑Friday, 11:00 AM‑8:00 PM Mauritian time).

Required profile

• Energetic, pleasant and engaging personality.
• Excellent oral and written English communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Previous corporate experience or English‑teaching experience.
• Willingness to teach video classes full‑time on a fixed schedule.
• Comfortable using online platforms for teaching.
• Fluency in additional languages and editing/proofreading experience are a plus.

Required skills

• Familiarity with online teaching platforms (e.g., video‑conferencing tools).
