Painter (M/W) – Resort Maintenance

About the role

Club Med is looking for a motivated Painter (M/W) to join its resort maintenance team in Mauritius or other locations. You will be responsible for keeping guest areas attractive through high‑quality surface finishing and decorative work.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces manually or with mechanical tools and apply paint, resin or varnish to achieve a flawless finish.
• Install and maintain wall coverings such as wallpapers or fabrics.
• Lay and replace floor coverings including carpet and linoleum.
• Follow Club Med health and safety procedures and contribute to the upkeep of resort assets.
• Ensure the resort maintains a welcoming appearance throughout the season.

• Organised and able to prioritise tasks efficiently.
• Meticulous with a strong eye for detail.
• Helpful and solution‑oriented, providing excellent service to guests.

Required skills

• Paint, resin and varnish application.
• Manual and mechanical surface preparation.
• Wall covering installation.
• Floor covering (carpet, linoleum) installation.
• Compliance with health and safety standards.
