About the role
We are seeking a friendly and organised Receptionist to be the first point of contact for visitors, clients and colleagues. You will play a key part in delivering a professional front‑office experience and supporting daily business operations.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and direct visitors in a professional manner.
- Manage visitor access, issue badges and ensure compliance with visitor policies.
- Answer and route telephone calls efficiently.
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing courier services.
- Manage meeting‑room bookings and parking requests.
- Assist internal and external customer enquiries.
- Maintain the telephone directory and keep the reception area tidy.
- Provide general administrative and front‑office support.
Required profile
- HSC or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar receptionist or front‑office role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident using computers and office systems.
- Well‑organised, calm under pressure and customer‑focused.
- Able to manage multiple tasks with professionalism and care.
