Senior Content Solutions Analyst

About the role

Dayforce is seeking a Senior Content Solutions Analyst to join its Knowledge Management team. In this role you will design, develop, and optimise high‑impact knowledge assets that serve internal teams, partners, and customers across the company’s global HCM platform.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end content strategy and development, ensuring alignment with brand voice, product release cycles and user experience standards.
• Partner with Product, Services and Learning teams to identify content gaps and create new knowledge assets.
• Enforce governance frameworks, including taxonomy, metadata standards and structured authoring practices.
• Produce and maintain content for knowledge bases, online help, internal portals and AI‑assist tools, applying style guides and usability principles.
• Leverage search trends, feedback loops, analytics and AI tools to improve discoverability, relevance and predictive maintenance of content.
• Collaborate with subject‑matter experts to translate complex concepts into clear, user‑friendly documentation and ensure global readiness.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Technical Communications, English, Information Design or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in content development, knowledge management or technical writing, preferably in SaaS or enterprise software.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience using data‑driven insights to optimise content performance.

Required skills

• Content Management Systems (CMS) and version‑control tools.
• Structured authoring tools such as MadCap Flare, Paligo or ServiceNow Knowledge.
• AI‑driven content enrichment, automated tagging and predictive maintenance.
• SEO principles, taxonomy design and metadata‑driven content architecture.
• Analytics platforms for tracking search trends and user feedback.
