Senior Finance Partner

About the role

Orange Business is seeking a Senior Finance Partner to join its Wholesale division, which operates the global infrastructure for submarine cable networks. You will be responsible for coordinating and analysing all phases of the financial management cycle for a consortium of leading telecommunications operators.

Key responsibilities

• Manage billing, cash‑management and recovery processes for construction and maintenance contracts.
• Oversee accounting, budgeting and financial reporting for multiple intercontinental submarine cables.
• Coordinate financial flows, ensure compliance with consortium procedures, and centralise financial information.
• Maintain relationships with customers and suppliers from contract set‑up to closure.
• Participate in decision‑making meetings and communicate financial data across the consortium.

Required profile

• Several years of experience in finance, controlling or invoicing, preferably in the telecom or infrastructure sector.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial management.
• Fluent in English and French for daily interaction with international partners.
• Excellent relationship skills and ability to work in a high‑responsibility, team‑oriented environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with financial tools such as Sirano and Cashpooler.
• Advanced use of office applications (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint).
