About the role
Kalexius is seeking an Admin & ESG Coordinator to be the welcoming face of the company in Ebene, Mauritius. You will manage the switchboard, support daily office operations, and help drive the firm’s sustainability initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Provide a warm, professional reception for clients, visitors and colleagues.
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls, directing them to the appropriate departments.
- Perform general office duties such as mail handling, data entry, inventory monitoring and support for team members.
- Execute administrative tasks using the company’s ticketing system and assist with event planning.
- Coordinate staff transport services and other ad‑hoc administrative requests.
- Assist in planning, executing and reporting ESG activities in line with the company’s sustainability strategy.
- Maintain relationships with external organisations, NGOs and foundations.
- Track sustainability metrics and contribute to accurate ESG reporting.

- Professional demeanor with strong communication skills.
- Excellent organisational ability and attention to detail.
- Interest in environmental, social and governance initiatives.
- Ability to manage multiple administrative tasks efficiently.
