Administrator - Investor Relations

About the role

JTC is hiring a permanent Administrator for Investor Relations within its Fund Services division. The role holder administers a client portfolio under the supervision of an Assistant Manager or Manager, with a clear understanding of the client's portfolio, risk awareness, relationship management and contractual and statutory obligations. The workplace is hybrid.

Key responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day investor services for private equity, venture capital and real estate funds in line with the firm's AML/KYC policies, client preferences and best practice.
• Review investor subscription packages and supporting documentation and complete the investor onboarding process.
• Maintain the investor registry and investor portal, and prepare investor closing statements and welcome notices.
• Assist external auditors during year-end audits and handle day-to-day client and investor queries.
• Take part in regular technology and information reviews, identify improvements and recommend alternatives.
• Comply with contractual and statutory obligations, Risk and Associated Compliance procedures, AML legislation and CPD requirements, and follow the Group's core values.

Required profile

• Previous private equity experience or fund administration experience preferred.
• College degree; accounting, business, mathematics, finance or economics preferred but not essential.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, problem-solving and analytical skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Strong Excel expertise.
