Analyst, Cost of Sales Operations - Reconciliations

About the role

Join Checkout.com as a Cost of Sales Operations Analyst focused on reconciliations. You will ensure the accuracy of card payment scheme fee data, supporting a high‑volume payments platform used by global brands.

Key responsibilities

• Support daily reconciliation of Card Payment Scheme fees.
• Detect data errors and resolve discrepancies between internal records and scheme reports.
• Own assigned tasks end‑to‑end, closing loops and seeking assistance when needed.
• Investigate and report anomalies promptly to maintain data quality.
• Assist in documenting business processes and updating internal knowledge bases.
• Communicate progress and potential issues to internal stakeholders.
• Handle administrative requests via the ticketing system with high responsiveness.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required profile

• 1+ years of experience as a Finance Analyst or in a related financial services/payments role.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally and with remote teams.
• Excellent attention to detail and comfort with complex datasets.
• Capacity to meet tight deadlines in a fast‑changing environment.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to continuously learn.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Statistics, Business, Actuarial Science or equivalent.
• Fluent English with strong communication skills.

Required skills

• Microsoft Excel (advanced proficiency).
• SQL (experience with SQL Server preferred).
• Business Intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) – a plus.
