Application Specialist (Night Shift)

About the role

Dayforce is seeking an Application Specialist to ensure optimal performance of its cloud‑based HCM software. The role operates on a night shift (5 p.m. – 2 a.m.) and provides technical support, maintenance, and user training to internal and external users.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical support and troubleshoot software issues for end‑users.
• Answer user questions and guide effective software usage.
• Monitor application performance and conduct regular maintenance.
• Collaborate with developers and IT teams to identify and resolve bugs.
• Deliver training and onboarding for new users.
• Maintain documentation and knowledge‑base articles.
• Stay current with software updates and communicate changes to users.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively with cross‑functional teams.
