Dayforce Technical & Data Consultant

About the role

We are seeking a Dayforce Technical & Data Consultant to join our growing Eaton Square Consulting Department. In this role you will support clients throughout the full lifecycle of Dayforce projects, from requirements gathering to post‑go‑live optimisation.

Key responsibilities

• Support Dayforce implementation workstreams, including technical configuration and integration.
• Perform data migration, mapping, validation and reporting activities.
• Develop and maintain integrations between Dayforce and external systems using APIs, SFTP, JSON/XML.
• Assist with testing, troubleshooting and issue resolution during implementation.
• Collaborate closely with functional consultants, project managers, client IT teams and other stakeholders.
• Provide post‑go‑live support and continuous improvement recommendations.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience working with Dayforce in a technical, data or integration capacity.
• Hands‑on experience on Dayforce implementation or consulting projects.
• Strong understanding of HCM data structures and HR processes.
• Analytical mindset with solid problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills and comfort working directly with clients.
• Collaborative, hands‑on approach; Dayforce certification is a plus.
• Experience in UK/EMEA environments is advantageous.
