Assistant Manager - Digital & AI Transformation Lead

About the role

EY Mauritius is hiring an Assistant Manager in its Technology Consulting practice, within the Digital Business Advisory Practice. You will guide clients on their digital, data, IT and AI vision, strategy, architecture and transformation roadmap, spending most of your time embedded with client teams. The role also covers business development on strategic and global priority accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Build long-term client relationships as a trusted advisor on large-scale change initiatives, helping leadership turn business priorities into actionable programs and measurable outcomes.
• Lead and support delivery of enterprise initiatives across platforms, analytics, automation and AI, including use-case shaping, delivery coordination, dependency management and benefits tracking.
• Bridge strategy and execution, moving clients from vision and roadmap definition through to implementation.
• Help define future-state customer and employee journeys and support business case and investment rationale development.
• Support the design of delivery operating models, governance structures and decision frameworks.
• Collaborate with data, cyber, cloud and platform teams on end-to-end engagements.
• Contribute to business development, proposal shaping and pursuit of new work.
• Contribute to reusable assets and solution frameworks for scalable engagements.

Required profile

• Experienced lead with a strong track record delivering large-scale change programs in a business advisory context.
• Experience with large, well-known organizations in Mauritius and/or internationally.
• Hands-on experience supporting platform-led and advanced analytics-driven initiatives.
• Able to bridge strategy and execution.
