About the role
The Associate Executive will support the Operations Unit‑Head in delivering day‑to‑day administrative and compliance services for Apex Group’s fund administration business. Working closely with senior staff, you will ensure accurate record‑keeping, statutory filings and smooth interaction with banks and regulatory bodies.
Key responsibilities
- Assist the Operations Unit‑Head and senior team members in daily tasks.
- Maintain proper records in line with internal policies and legal requirements.
- Open and manage bank accounts, initiate transfers and liaise with banking partners.
- Monitor and complete day‑to‑day operational tasks in a timely manner.
- Prepare and file statutory documents with the Financial Services Commission, Registrar of Companies and other authorities.
- Maintain statutory registers and organize director/shareholder meetings, including preparation of board papers and minutes.
- Handle certification, notarisation, apostille and consularisation of documents.
- Ensure executed agreements are properly indexed and filed.
- Perform any ad‑hoc duties assigned by senior staff.
Required profile
- University degree from a recognised institution.
- Currently undertaking ACCA or ACA professional studies.
- Client‑service mindset with strong written and spoken communication.
- Ability to multi‑task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
- Organised, goal‑oriented team player who can work under pressure.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
