Associate Full Stack Software Engineer

About the role

Naveo is looking for an Associate Full‑Stack Software Engineer to design, build and support production‑grade applications across Fleet Telematics, GovTech, IoT/IIoT and Digital Transformation platforms. You will work closely with offshore teams and on‑site customers to deliver reliable, secure solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain end‑to‑end applications (backend and frontend).
• Build and integrate REST APIs, databases and third‑party services.
• Contribute to IoT‑enabled platforms, data ingestion pipelines, dashboards and analytics.
• Deploy applications through development, test, UAT and production environments.
• Support on‑site deployments, configuration, validation and troubleshooting.
• Perform debugging, fixes and optimisations during UAT and post‑go‑live.
• Collaborate with offshore teams to clarify requirements, review code and align delivery timelines.
• Work with Solution Architects, Product Owners, DevOps and QA to ensure performance, security and reliability.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience as a Full‑Stack Software Engineer.
• Strong backend expertise (Node.js, Java, Python or .NET).
• Solid frontend experience (React, Angular or Vue).
• Good understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Comfortable with Git, CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows.
• Proven ability to debug issues in live or near‑live environments.
• Experience collaborating with remote/offshore engineering teams.
• Willingness to work on customer sites when required.
