Business Development Executive – Leasing

About the role

The Business Development Executive – Leasing will drive growth of our new and reconditioned/second‑hand leasing portfolio. You will build strong partnerships with dealerships and business partners, increase product visibility, and uncover cross‑selling opportunities across the island.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and nurture relationships with new and existing dealerships, partners, and clients.
• Organise and conduct regular sales visits and client meetings.
• Identify emerging market trends and new business opportunities.
• Promote leasing products, including new and reconditioned/second‑hand solutions.
• Achieve agreed monthly sales and referral targets.
• Plan and deliver effective sales presentations and promotional initiatives.
• Expand and manage a portfolio of clients through referrals and partnerships.
• Ensure all deals are profitable and structured at the correct risk‑adjusted rate.
• Maintain portfolio quality in line with risk‑management guidelines and internal policies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support business growth and service excellence.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant procedures, policies, and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• A degree in Marketing, Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in sales or customer service.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and French.
• Good negotiation skills and commercial awareness.
• Sound understanding of financial and banking products.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general IT tools.
