Butler – Luxury Guest Services

About the role

We are seeking a professional Butler to deliver ultra‑luxury, personalized service to high‑net‑worth guests. The successful candidate will manage in‑suite experiences, ensuring every detail aligns with the guest’s preferences and the highest hospitality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain guest suites according to individual preferences and company standards.
• Provide in‑suite services such as dining, amenities, housekeeping support, laundry, packing/unpacking, shoeshine, and special requests.
• Maintain accurate guest history records and coordinate with supervisors and other departments for seamless service recovery.
• Assist guests with reservations for restaurants, spas, shore excursions and private tours.
• Ensure cleanliness, organization, inventory control and public‑health compliance in suites and assigned areas.

Required profile

• Minimum two years experience in Butler or guest‑facing services within a luxury environment.
• Fluent English (verbal and written) and conversational proficiency in at least one additional language (e.g., German, French, Spanish, Mandarin, etc.).
• Professional Butler or luxury service certification (e.g., International Butler Academy).
• Strong emotional intelligence, resourceful thinking and knowledge of conflict resolution.
• Deep understanding of VIP, celebrity and high‑net‑worth guest expectations.
