Butler – Luxury Hospitality Role

About the role

Club Med is seeking a dedicated Butler to deliver an exceptional, personalized experience for guests staying in villas or chalets across its resorts. You will act as the primary point of contact, ensuring every detail of the guest’s stay meets the highest standards of luxury and comfort.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain the villa or chalet before guest arrival, ensuring interior and exterior cleanliness and proper functioning of all equipment.
• Provide daily housekeeping, linen service, and turnover cleaning between guest stays.
• Anticipate and fulfill guest preferences, including special attention to children of various ages and nationalities.
• Coordinate and deliver food‑and‑beverage services such as breakfast, snacks, à la carte meals, room service, barbecues, and cocktail arrangements.
• Collect guest feedback discreetly, relay it to management, and propose solutions to enhance satisfaction.

Required profile

• Passionate about luxury hospitality and attentive to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to create memorable experiences.
• Ability to work autonomously while maintaining high standards of service.

Required skills

• Knowledge of HACCP food‑safety standards.
