About the role
EY-Parthenon Mauritius is looking for a Change Management Strategist to help clients across Africa and EMEIA design, implement, and sustain strategic transformations. The role blends change strategy, stakeholder engagement, and capability building to ensure new operating models are adopted and deliver lasting impact.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and lead comprehensive change management strategies aligned with client objectives and transformation roadmaps.
- Translate complex transformation initiatives into clear, actionable behavioural shifts.
- Conduct change impact assessments, readiness diagnostics, and organisational culture analyses.
- Identify, map, and engage critical stakeholders; design communication narratives that build alignment and momentum.
- Facilitate leadership workshops, large‑group engagement sessions, and capability‑building programmes for managers and frontline teams.
- Contribute to operating model redesign, workforce transition plans, and rollout of new ways of working.
- Integrate change management practices into agile or hybrid delivery models, define success metrics, and monitor adoption levels.
