Childcare Coordinator (M/W)

About the role

Join Club Med Resorts as a Childcare Coordinator (M/W) and become the heart of the Mini Club experience for families worldwide. You will welcome children aged 4 to 17, guide them through a variety of sports, creative workshops and entertainment, and help create unforgettable vacation memories.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome, build confidence and supervise children aged 4‑17 throughout the resort.
• Organise and lead games, workshops, fairs, shows and sport activities.
• Ensure the safety of children within the Mini Club and while moving around the resort.
• Maintain compliance with Club Med health and safety regulations.
• Take care of the resort’s property and equipment during activities.
• Collaborate with a multicultural team to deliver a high‑quality family service.

• Creative, imaginative and able to surprise guests with new ideas.
• Responsible and attentive to detail, ensuring smooth activity flow.
• Comfortable working in a multicultural, hospitality‑focused environment.
