Content Creator & Community Manager (Full-Time)

About the role

Floreal is looking for a creative Content Creator & Community Manager to develop engaging digital content for multiple brands across social platforms. You will combine storytelling, smartphone videography and community engagement to boost brand presence.

Key responsibilities

• Develop creative content for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and other platforms.
• Write copy, captions and concepts tailored to each brand’s tone and audience.
• Shoot high‑quality smartphone video, focusing on composition, lighting and visual storytelling.
• Create and edit short‑form videos in CapCut, including Reels, TikToks and product videos.
• Plan monthly content calendars to ensure a consistent flow of relevant posts.
• Manage online communities by monitoring pages, responding to messages and comments.
• Collaborate with the creative team while respecting brand guidelines.
• Participate in events and activations to capture behind‑the‑scenes content.
• Stay ahead of social media trends and identify creative opportunities.
• Provide regular updates on content progress and audience feedback.

Required skills

• Degree in Marketing, Communication, Digital Media or related field.
• Strong smartphone videography skills and proficiency in CapCut.
• Good understanding of Instagram Reels, TikTok trends, transitions and short‑form storytelling.
• Excellent writing in English, French and Kreol.
• Knowledge of social media platforms, content formats and best practices.
• Familiarity with Canva and other creative tools.
• Strong time‑management, organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Google Workspace.
