Credit Analyst

About the role

Cim Finance is seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Credit Analyst to support the sales team. You will review credit applications, analyse financial information, and assess risk to help the company make sound lending decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the sales team to collect financial and credit data for customer applications.
• Review financial statements and market information to evaluate a customer’s business and financial position.
• Calculate and interpret basic financial ratios to assess repayment ability.
• Assess credit risk using financial data, payment behaviour, and customer history.
• Examine security or collateral documents for adequacy and validity.
• Prepare clear credit assessments, including risk analysis and recommendations.
• Track applications, follow up on missing information, and maintain case overviews.
• Monitor existing customers’ financial status and produce periodic credit review reports.

Required profile

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in credit analysis, finance, banking, risk, or a similar role (advantageous).
• Strong analytical and numerical abilities with attention to detail.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Good organisational and time‑management capabilities.
