Customer Success Manager - Education Market

About the role

We are seeking a Customer Success Manager to drive adoption and value of our digital learning solutions within the Education market. As a trusted advisor, you will guide clients from onboarding through renewal, using data‑driven insights to ensure long‑term satisfaction and growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead seamless onboarding as a goFLUENT product expert, ensuring a smooth start for new clients.
• Manage a portfolio of customers through project coordination, stakeholder engagement, and delivery of measurable outcomes.
• Act as a trusted advisor, building strong relationships and addressing evolving training needs.
• Analyze client data to implement engagement strategies and drive successful programmes.
• Identify upsell opportunities and expand partnerships.
• Gather feedback, optimize the learner experience, and contribute to product evolution.
• Share industry best practices and thought leadership in digital learning.

Required profile

• Fluent or bilingual in English; additional languages (Portuguese, Italian, German, French, Spanish, etc.) are a strong plus.
• Passionate about customer success and relationship management.
• Exceptional communication and analytical abilities.
• Highly organized, adaptable, and proactive problem‑solver.
• Team player who values collaboration and knowledge‑sharing.
• Experience in Training, e‑Learning, or HR SaaS solutions is a plus.
