Data Analyst – Incentives & Commercial Reporting

About the role

Join Checkout.com’s Revenue Operations team in Ebene, Mauritius as a Data Analyst focused on incentives and commercial reporting. You will be the analytical backbone that ensures sales teams are compensated accurately and that revenue insights are reliable.

Key responsibilities

• Calculate, audit, and administer commercial compensation and bonus plans.
• Maintain the commercial reporting cadence by extracting and manipulating raw data.
• Build and maintain dashboards using BigQuery, Looker, and advanced Google Sheets.
• Identify manual bottlenecks and design automated, scalable reporting solutions.
• Partner with the Manager and Revenue Operations team to translate complex datasets into actionable insights for commercial leaders.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in Data Analytics, Revenue/Sales Operations, or Finance.
• Strong analytical mindset with a detail‑oriented approach.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate across teams.
