Driver / Helper - Technical Department

About the role

The Technical Department needs a driver/helper to support its technicians with indoor and outdoor interventions and with the collection and delivery of products. The person works alongside the technicians to make sure interventions are efficient and effective and that products are handled properly.

Key responsibilities

• Load and unload household appliances and carry and stack them in the store
• Support technicians in their repairs at customers' premises
• Make sure the team follows health and safety practices and that only compliant work is done
• Complete paperwork correctly and ensure goods are safely secured
• Communicate professionally and on time with internal and external customers
• Prioritise workload so time commitments are met

Required profile

• SC certificate or equivalent
• Physically fit and healthy, with good eyesight
• Valid driving licence (P/Car for 2.5T)
• Experience in a similar work environment is an advantage
• Able to work under pressure, willing to work odd hours, flexible and friendly
• Ability to bend, stoop, reach, push, pull and repeatedly lift heavy products
• Fully vaccinated against COVID-19
