Duty Manager – Indoor Trampoline & Adventure Park

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Duty Manager to lead the day‑to‑day operations of our new indoor trampoline and adventure park located at Bagatelle Mall. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will ensure commercial success, safety, and an unforgettable guest experience on each shift.

Key responsibilities

• Execute opening and closing operational directives and meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets.
• Manage cash handling, produce accurate cash summaries for each shift, and oversee presentational standards.
• Coordinate team deployment, break schedules, and duty allocations to maintain optimal coverage.
• Handle maintenance requests promptly through established systems to avoid guest disruption.
• Prioritise health, safety and wellbeing of guests and staff, adhering to all standards and SOPs.
• Record and escalate accidents, incidents, and untoward occurrences with detailed documentation.
• Support HR processes, ensure policy compliance, and engage with every team member on shift.
• Oversee birthday party check‑ins, ensure guests have required equipment, keep parents informed, and safeguard party items.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of management or supervisory experience in a fast‑paced leisure, hospitality or entertainment setting.
• Degree in Tourism, Leisure Management, Hospitality, Business Administration or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong leadership presence, visible and approachable on the floor.
• Excellent guest‑service instincts with a focus on delivering memorable experiences.
• Solid understanding of health and safety standards and the confidence to act decisively.
