Entertainer – Resort Entertainment Operations

About the role

The Entertainer will support the daily operation of the resort’s entertainment facilities, ensuring safety, cleanliness and a vibrant guest experience. Working under the Head of Entertainment, you will help prepare venues, assist with performances and promote recreational activities throughout the property.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain security, cleanliness and safety standards across all entertainment areas.
• Prepare venues for performances, special events and guest activities.
• Support internal and external marketing initiatives to maximise venue utilisation.
• Assist with set‑up and dismantling of events, and report any incidents promptly.
• Manage schedules, respond to venue requests and oversee equipment issuance.
• Promote recreational activities to guests and ensure equipment is tidy and functional.
• Provide musical performances as directed by the entertainment programme.
• Cover shifts, including evenings and weekends, and step in for absent team members when needed.

Required profile

• Enthusiastic, open‑minded and able to engage with guests of all ages.
• Strong attention to detail for cleaning, safety checks and equipment handling.
• Flexibility to work varied shift patterns, including evenings and weekends.
• Ability to follow instructions from the Head of Entertainment and work collaboratively within a team.
