Finance Assistant

About the role

Publicis Production EMEA Hub, the regional backbone of Publicis Production, is looking for a Finance Assistant. The hub brings together over 1,200 professionals across the Czech Republic, Bulgaria, Hungary, Poland, the UK and Mauritius, covering post and primary production, versioning, commerce, web development, CRM and language services.

Key responsibilities

• Perform administrative tasks, including setting up projects in the financial and accounting system
• Create purchase orders for suppliers and cost estimates for clients
• Handle client billing
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting
• Assist in reviewing the profit and loss statement
• Process employee expense reports in line with regulations and internal travel policies
• Oversee and reconcile inter-company project invoicing
• Ensure proper document flow
• Support the Finance Lead in daily and ad hoc tasks

Required profile

• Experience in finance and accounting is a plus
• Systematic and meticulous approach
• Good organisational skills
• Good communication in English

Required skills

• Proficiency in computer use and MS Office
