Finance Manager – FinTech Operations

About the role

Weaver FinTech Group is seeking a Finance Manager to lead financial control, reporting, and cash management across its digital payments, lending and insurance brands. The role ensures accurate financial data, compliance with regulatory and lender requirements, and supports the company’s data‑first, collaborative culture.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee month‑end close, general ledger postings, balance‑sheet reconciliations and inter‑company journal coordination.
• Prepare and submit working papers to auditors, track audit findings and ensure statutory sign‑off for six+ legal entities.
• Maintain short‑, medium‑ and long‑term cash‑flow forecasts, monitor daily liquidity and manage fund movements, drawdowns and repayments.
• Handle banking relationships, platform access, billing, accruals and payment timing.
• Manage payments, expense claims and credit‑card processes, ensuring proper approvals and timely disbursements.
• Submit regulatory reports (including NCR), coordinate quarterly tax filings and ensure compliance with statutory, regulatory and lender obligations.
• Lead the finance team, set KPIs, conduct performance reviews and provide coaching.

Required profile

• Proven experience in financial reporting, treasury and regulatory compliance within a multi‑entity environment.
• Strong understanding of audit processes, statutory reporting and internal controls.
• Ability to collaborate with IT, banking partners and tax advisors.
• Leadership experience managing a finance team.
