Finance Manager – Management & Statutory Reporting

About the role

The Finance Manager will lead a small team to deliver high‑quality management and statutory reporting for client structures, ensuring compliance with SLAs, policies and regulatory obligations. You will act as the main liaison with clients, auditors and regulators, driving timely completion of audits and filings while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day activities of team members to meet client commitments and service level agreements.
• Plan, coordinate and produce management reporting and statutory financial statements in accordance with IFRS and local regulations.
• Review bookkeeping, monthly, quarterly and annual accounts, and ensure accurate filing of regulatory surveys.
• Liaise with clients, auditors and tax authorities to facilitate audit processes and regulatory filings.
• Prepare and present KPI dashboards and management reports.
• Identify and manage risks, issues and complaints, escalating when necessary.
• Support implementation of new processes and drive automation and efficiency improvements.
• Maintain internal databases and client records in line with company policy.

Required profile

• Strong technical expertise in drafting and reviewing management accounts and financial statements under IFRS.
• Up‑to‑date knowledge of IFRS developments and regulatory reporting requirements.
• Proven ability to lead, coach and mentor a small finance team.
• Excellent analytical mindset with a focus on quality and compliance.
• Experience working with auditors and regulatory bodies.
