Financial Analyst – Mauritius

About the role

Publicis Global Delivery is seeking a detail‑oriented Financial Analyst to join its Mauritius hub. You will be responsible for financial reporting, month‑end close activities, and providing analysis that supports business decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact with the Shared Service Centre (SSC) for month‑end reporting.
• Coordinate day‑to‑day accounting operations and ensure smooth information flow between SSC, regional finance, and group stakeholders.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports, highlighting key performance indicators and trends.
• Manage group‑level month‑end closure, including intercompany reporting and reconciliations.
• Collaborate with regional and global finance teams on consolidated reporting, ad‑hoc analysis, and leadership updates.
• Support commercial finance activities such as client invoicing, revenue recognition, and contract compliance.
• Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and periodic forecasts, ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines.
• Perform variance analysis and provide performance insights, trend analysis, and cost‑driver reviews.

Required profile

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in accounting or finance.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with high attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting financial information to stakeholders.
• Proactive, collaborative mindset and ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.

Required skills

• Experience with accounting software or ERP systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
