About the role
We are seeking a freelance Kids Animator to join our Little Explorers programme, delivering in‑villa entertainment for children aged 3‑12 at luxury villas across Mauritius. The role is project‑based, with assignments ranging from a single day to a full week, depending on guest bookings.
Key responsibilities
- Design and deliver daily activity programmes, including creative workshops and outdoor adventures, tailored to each child’s age, energy and mood.
- Collaborate with Villa Hosts and the concierge team to ensure a seamless family experience.
- Maintain the highest safety standards at pools, beaches and play areas at all times.
- Provide a professional, warm and discreet presence in ultra‑private villa settings.
Required profile
- Proven experience working with children (animation, childcare, teaching, camps or crèche).
- Fluent in French and English.
- Reliable, punctual and comfortable with short‑notice scheduling.
- First‑aid certification is a plus.
- Registered as a self‑employed professional in Mauritius or willing to register.
