About the role

We are seeking a motivated and results‑driven Freelance Recruiter to source, assess, and place qualified candidates for our open positions. This commission‑only opportunity is ideal for recruiters who thrive working independently and are driven by performance‑based earnings.

Key responsibilities

• Source and identify qualified candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, social media, networking, and personal recruitment channels.
• Review CVs and assess candidates against job requirements.
• Conduct initial screenings and interviews.
• Maintain an active pipeline of suitable candidates.
• Present qualified candidates to the company or client.
• Coordinate candidate communication throughout the recruitment process.
• Follow up with candidates and hiring teams to support successful placements.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment activity.

Required profile

• Previous experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, staffing, or a related field (preferred).
• Strong sourcing and candidate‑screening abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage your own pipeline.
• Strong networking and relationship‑building capabilities.
• Professional, proactive, and target‑oriented approach.
• Access to a computer, reliable internet, and appropriate recruitment tools/platforms.
