Fund Accountant – Private Equity NAV Reporting

About the role

Apex Group is seeking a Fund Accountant to support its Private Equity funds. You will be responsible for preparing NAV reporting packs and financial statements while ensuring high‑quality client service.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare NAV reporting packs for Private Equity funds on required frequencies.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements for clients.
• Liaise with auditors to facilitate timely audit completion.
• Assist with Transfer Agency transactions as needed.
• Maintain overall client relationships, handle inquiries and attend meetings.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of accounting experience, preferably in the fund industry.
• ACCA qualified, partially qualified, or holding an equivalent professional qualification.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with fund accounting software such as Investran, Efront, Paxus or Allvue is an advantage.
• Strong time‑management and organisational skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Hard‑working, detail‑oriented and willing to take on new tasks.
• Effective interpersonal communication and a collaborative team player.
