Global Mobility Associate (Remote)

About the role

Hightekers Group is seeking a Global Mobility Associate to lead end‑to‑end visa and work‑permit processes across its two international brands. Working remotely from Mauritius, you will act as the technical expert for immigration feasibility, risk assessment, and compliance, supporting sales, legal, and operations teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage in‑house visa applications, work permits, and right‑to‑work assessments for core markets.
• Provide technical guidance on immigration feasibility during pre‑sales and intake phases.
• Lead vendor relationships and monitor SLA compliance for external mobility partners in non‑core regions.
• Standardise global mobility SOPs across EMEA in collaboration with Operations.
• Coordinate with Legal on worker classifications and with People/Legal on risk and insurance parameters.
• Audit and maintain complete, audit‑ready immigration records.

Required profile

• 3–5+ years of professional experience in global mobility, immigration management, or visa processing.
• Proven ability to work with cross‑functional teams in fast‑moving international environments.
• Strong analytical mindset for risk evaluation and feasibility simulations.

• Technical expertise in immigration rules, work‑visa categories, right‑to‑work frameworks, and regulatory landscapes.
