About the role
The Guest Relations Officer ensures that every guest’s arrival, stay, and departure at the Four Seasons Resort Mauritius are comfortable, pleasant, and memorable. This role is central to delivering the luxury experience the brand promises.
Key responsibilities
- Manage day‑to‑day guest service processes, including check‑in and check‑out procedures.
- Provide training and guidance to team members when required.
- Demonstrate warmth, genuine enthusiasm, and adherence to the Golden Rule when interacting with guests and colleagues.
- Uphold the resort’s standards, conduct regular standards testing, and implement action plans to meet service goals.
- Maintain compliance with the hotel’s code of conduct, grooming, and hygiene standards.
- Assist colleagues during peak periods and actively participate in briefings and meetings.
- Ensure a clean, orderly work environment and promote safety.
- Perform any related duties as needed to support smooth operations.
