Head of Marketing & Business Growth

About the role

FinClub is seeking a Head of Marketing & Business Growth to lead its market expansion as it enters a high‑growth phase. The role combines strategic brand building with hands‑on execution to drive acquisition, conversion and portfolio growth across borrowers, lenders and partners.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute end‑to‑end marketing strategy, strengthening brand trust, regulatory credibility and market positioning.
• Lead digital performance marketing, analytics and optimisation to improve CAC, LTV and conversion funnels.
• Design segmented borrower acquisition programmes for individuals, self‑employed and SMEs, ensuring high‑quality onboarding.
• Manage field‑based direct sales teams to drive acquisition and conversion of borrowers, lenders and partners.
• Build lender, investor and institutional communications that convey transparent performance narratives.
• Develop partner‑marketing frameworks to generate referrals and expand distribution channels.
• Produce high‑quality brand assets and on‑ground activations that generate measurable leads.
• Support senior management on go‑to‑market execution, product launches and regional roll‑outs while ensuring compliance.
• Set, monitor and deliver marketing KPIs, leading a high‑performance team, agencies and partners.

Required profile

• Proven track record of delivering growth results in a fintech or financial services environment.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to execute relentlessly and own measurable outcomes.
• Strong leadership skills to build and manage high‑performing marketing and sales teams.
• Experience in regulated markets and ability to maintain reputational integrity.
