About the role
WWS Mauritius is looking for a Head of Operations for its early childhood setting, based in North Mauritius on a permanent basis. The role leads the day-to-day operations of the centre and works closely with senior management and the pedagogical leads to build strong processes as the business grows.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the operational and administrative teams
- Oversee child safety and compliance
- Follow up on the budget
- Oversee how families are welcomed
- Build processes that support the business as it grows
Required profile
- Proven experience running or managing operations in a nursery, preschool or network of early-years settings
- Strong team management skills with a hands-on, field-based approach
- Fluency in French and English (mandatory)
- Highly organised and process-minded
- Based in Mauritius
