About the role
The Head Steward leads the stewarding team at a Club Med resort, ensuring seamless back‑of‑house operations and delivering personalized service to guests. You will coordinate supplies, control costs, and uphold health and safety standards across all food‑and‑beverage and cleaning areas.
Key responsibilities
- Apply and respect service standards to guarantee guest satisfaction.
- Control costs, reduce breakages, and manage inventory disruptions.
- Supervise the centralisation of detergents and small hotel supplies for F&B, dishwashing, and cleaning services.
- Implement and monitor health and safety procedures.
- Ensure contracts with service providers are properly managed and complied with.
- Lead, motivate, and align the stewarding team around shared objectives and behaviours.

- Sociable with strong guest‑relationship skills.
- Efficient in prioritising tasks and delivering timely service.
- Attentive to detail, providing personalised guest experiences.
- Leadership ability to supervise and unite teams.
