About the role
Join One&Only Le Saint Géran as a Head Waiter, delivering high‑standard service in an upscale restaurant environment. You will ensure guests receive attentive, personalized service while supporting the restaurant’s smooth operation.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare the restaurant for service before 18:30 daily and greet guests with a warm, professional demeanor.
- Take orders, suggest menu items, and serve food and beverages according to established standards.
- Maintain perfect grooming, follow safety procedures, and keep the assigned section clean and tidy.
- Handle billing, cash and cheque transactions, and ensure accurate invoicing.
- Communicate guest feedback to management and assist colleagues across the venue when needed.
Required profile
- Certificate, diploma or relevant qualification in Hospitality Management or Food & Beverage Service.
- 1‑2 years of experience in a similar role within a hotel, resort or upscale restaurant, preferably in luxury hospitality.
- Knowledge of food safety, hygiene and sanitation standards.
