About the role

MUA is looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to own and drive the Compensation & Benefits strategy. You will shape fair, competitive, and performance‑driven reward frameworks that support employee engagement, retention, and overall business performance.

Key responsibilities

Lead salary reviews and manage compensation cycles across the organization.
Design and optimise the employee benefits strategy.
Develop and implement performance‑based reward mechanisms.
Create HR analytics, dashboards, and actionable insights to guide decision‑making.
Ensure governance, compliance, and internal equity in all compensation practices.

Required profile

Minimum 8 years of HR experience with strong exposure to Compensation & Benefits.
Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable plans.
Deep understanding of performance and reward frameworks.
Proven ability to influence and partner with senior stakeholders.
Solid knowledge of HR policies, compliance, and employment law.
High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
