HR Delivery Partner Senior

About the role

The HR Delivery Partner (HRDP) is the Tier 2 operational HR contact for complex, cross‑border cases across multiple countries. You will ensure compliant, consistent HR service delivery while supporting benefit enrollment cycles and aligning regional HR activities with global strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as Tier 2 HR contact for employee and manager inquiries, providing expert guidance on country‑specific employment laws, labor relations, benefits and HR programs.
• Manage escalated employee‑relations cases, performance improvement plans, investigations and off‑boarding processes in line with local regulations.
• Ensure compliance with statutory obligations, maintain accurate HR documentation, and support audits, labor inspections and social security filings.
• Coordinate regional benefit enrollment cycles, vendor relationships and HR program rollouts in partnership with Total Rewards and COEs.
• Identify and implement process improvements, contribute to global HR knowledge base and localize HR programs for regional compliance.

Required profile

• 5–7 years of HR Generalist or front‑line HR experience supporting multiple countries.
• Deep knowledge of employment laws, benefit practices and compliance requirements across a designated region (e.g., EMEA or APJ).
• Strong project‑management skills and ability to partner with COEs, HR Business Partners and local HR teams.
• Excellent communication, cultural sensitivity and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Power BI for HR metrics and compliance tracking.
• Experience with Dayforce or similar HCM platforms.
• Familiarity with AI‑enabled HR tools for case handling and automation.
