Human Resources Executive

About the role

The Human Resources Executive will support the organisation's HR functions, ensuring effective recruitment, employee relations, performance management, payroll, training and compliance. Working closely with managers, the role aims to foster a positive work environment and strategic people management.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment, selection and onboarding processes.
• Handle employee concerns, disciplinary matters, grievances and investigations.
• Coordinate performance appraisal cycles and support talent development initiatives.
• Prepare and validate payroll data, administer benefits and support compensation activities.
• Identify training needs, organise learning programmes and promote employee wellbeing.
• Maintain accurate employee records, produce HR reports and monitor key metrics.
• Assist HR projects and drive continuous process improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant HR experience.
• Strong knowledge of employment legislation, HR best practices and payroll processes.
• Ability to provide confidential, professional advice to managers and staff.

Required skills

• Experience with Vipertex Payroll (advantageous).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with HR Information Systems (HRIS).
