Investment Sales Executive – Financial Services

About the role

The Investment Sales Executive will drive business development and fundraising activities for a growing financial services firm in Ebene, Mauritius. You will promote investment opportunities, engage prospective investors, and support the onboarding and investment process.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage prospective investors, shareholders, family offices, and corporate clients.
• Present investment opportunities and conduct meetings and presentations with potential investors.
• Assist investors throughout onboarding and the investment process.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to achieve sales and fundraising targets.
• Participate in networking events, industry conferences, and maintain accurate records of client interactions.
• Ensure compliance with internal KYC, AML, and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Strong networking and relationship‑building skills.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven and professional appearance.
• Fluency in English and French.
• Experience in financial services, investment sales, brokerage, private banking, wealth management or business development is an advantage but not mandatory.
