Kitchen Assistant (M/W) – Club Med Resorts

About the role

We are looking for a Kitchen Assistant to join Club Med Resorts in Mauritius or other locations. In this role you will support the preparation and presentation of buffet dishes for our Premium All‑Inclusive guests, ensuring high standards of taste, hygiene and service in a vibrant, multicultural environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and plate buffet dishes, ensuring correct presentation and adjusting as needed.
• Monitor the setup, appearance and replenishment of buffets serving 600‑1000 covers per service.
• Provide personalized plating‑up service to guests, enhancing the customer relationship.
• Maintain compliance with Club Med health, safety and food‑hygiene regulations.
• Assist in the upkeep of resort assets related to food service.

Required profile

• Creative and able to develop innovative, flavourful cuisine that surprises guests.
• Meticulous with a strong understanding of hygiene and safety standards.
