About the role

Join Club Med Resorts as a Kitchen Assistant and contribute to the creation of memorable dining experiences for guests in a premium all‑inclusive environment. You will work in a dynamic resort setting, supporting the culinary team across multiple restaurants and bars.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure dishes are presented correctly and adjust plating as needed.
• Monitor the setup, appearance, and replenishment of buffet stations serving 600‑1000 covers per service.
• Provide personalized plating‑up service at the buffet, enhancing guest interaction.
• Maintain strict compliance with Club Med health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
• Assist in the upkeep of resort assets related to food service.
