Language Trainer Coach

About the role

goFLUENT is seeking a Language Trainer Coach to mentor and develop its network of language trainers. In this role you will enhance trainers’ instructional techniques, lesson planning, and assessment capabilities while delivering engaging online coaching sessions.

Key responsibilities

• Provide individualized coaching and feedback to language trainers to improve teaching and assessment skills.
• Conduct regular coaching sessions, offering practice opportunities and constructive critique.
• Facilitate interactive online training workshops, encouraging active participation and answering questions.
• Administer quizzes and evaluation tools to measure participant understanding and retention.
• Analyze evaluation data and recommend improvements to training programs.
• Collaborate with subject‑matter experts and instructional designers to create effective training materials, including presentations, guides, and multimedia content.

Required profile

• Proven experience in language training or adult education.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor and coach educators.
• Strong communication skills and comfort delivering virtual training.
• Analytical mindset for assessing training effectiveness.
