About the role
Join Club Med as a Lifeguard and ensure the safety of guests while delivering water‑sport lessons and private services in a vibrant resort environment.
Key responsibilities
- Ensure the safety of adults and children in and around the pool.
- Manage the distribution of pools according to activities.
- Provide water‑activity lessons and à la carte private sessions.
- Guarantee compliance with Club Med health and safety rules and maintain the facility.
Required profile
- Pedagogical with excellent teaching abilities to convey technical and safety rules.
- Responsible, capable of organizing water‑sport activities smoothly.
- Passionate about helping customers discover, grow, and challenge themselves.
