Maintenance Staff

About the role

Dragon Electronics is looking for a reliable and hardworking Maintenance Staff member to join its team in Mauritius. The role ensures the proper upkeep and maintenance of the premises and facilities, and is a full-time position.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out routine maintenance and repair work on buildings and facilities
• Perform basic electrical, plumbing, painting and general repair tasks
• Inspect premises regularly to identify maintenance issues and ensure timely repairs
• Assist with the installation, servicing and maintenance of equipment
• Assist with shop renovations and other projects
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and breakdowns
• Ensure all maintenance work is carried out safely and efficiently
• Maintain cleanliness and proper organisation of tools and maintenance areas

Required profile

• Previous experience in general maintenance or a similar role
• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing and general repair work
• Ability to use maintenance tools and equipment safely
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable, hardworking and physically fit
• Valid driving licence is an advantage
