Marketing Specialist – Content & Social Media

About the role

We are looking for a creative and organised Marketing Specialist to support the planning, creation and execution of campaigns across retail, e‑commerce and distribution channels. The role will focus on producing engaging visual and written content, managing our social media presence and helping to grow brand awareness and sales.

Key responsibilities

• Create video and graphic content for social media, websites, email marketing and advertising campaigns.
• Film and edit short‑form videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok and other platforms.
• Write captions, blog posts, newsletters and promotional copy that align with brand guidelines.
• Manage daily posting schedules and maintain content calendars across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn and other channels.
• Monitor engagement, respond to community interactions and analyse performance metrics.
• Coordinate marketing campaigns, product launches, influencer collaborations and promotional events.
• Prepare monthly reports, conduct competitor research and provide data‑driven recommendations.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in content creation, social media or marketing.
• Strong organisational and project‑management abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Valid driver’s licence and ability to work independently while handling multiple projects.

Required skills

• Videography and video editing.
• Proficiency with Canva, CapCut and Adobe Creative Suite.
