Medical Delegate – Nestlé Health Science

About the role

Nestlé Health Science is seeking a Medical Delegate to join its Mauritius team. The role focuses on ethically detailing Nestlé Health Science products to medical and paramedical contacts, ensuring accurate communication of product features, benefits, and appropriate use.

Key responsibilities

• Collect and analyse market intelligence on medical nutrition, industry trends, competitors and customer insights.
• Plan and manage territory visits, segmenting healthcare professionals, institutions and pharmacies for effective coverage.
• Promote Nestlé’s purpose and values while delivering medical nutrition information to differentiate the brand.
• Support healthcare system requests, including continuing medical education, to build sustainable relationships.
• Maintain detailed records of field activities and ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor of Science in Nutrition, Dietetics, Biology or related field.
• Minimum 3 years experience as a Medical Representative or Dietitian.
• Strong business acumen with ability to achieve market and territory goals.
• Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Required skills

• In‑depth knowledge of medical nutrition products and competitor offerings.
• Excellent communication skills for conveying complex medical information.
• Intermediate computer proficiency.
