Obs-Gyn & IVF Specialist – IVF Clinical Operations Manager

About the role

We are seeking a highly qualified Obstetrics & Gynaecology and IVF specialist to lead our IVF clinical operations. The role combines expert patient care with managerial responsibility for a multidisciplinary team.

Key responsibilities

• Provide expert care in obstetrics, gynaecology, infertility management and IVF procedures.
• Lead, supervise and mentor IVF doctors, embryologists and clinical staff.
• Oversee daily clinical operations, staffing, scheduling and patient flow.
• Ensure compliance with clinical protocols, laboratory quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor IVF success rates, patient satisfaction and operational performance.
• Conduct clinical audits, case reviews and continuous quality‑improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with clinical, laboratory and administrative teams to optimise patient outcomes.

Required profile

• MBBS/MD or equivalent medical qualification with recognised specialisation in Obstetrics & Gynaecology.
• Fellowship or formal training in Reproductive Medicine/IVF.
• 5–7 years of supervisory or managerial experience in a clinical setting.
• Proven experience in IVF, fertility management and complex reproductive cases.
• Strong understanding of IVF laboratory operations, embryology protocols, quality management and healthcare regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication and decision‑making skills.
